"My partner and I visited this restaurant in December 2021on our way to Alexandria from Texas, we did not have a good experience at all. We felt discriminated. Our server took everyone else's order, even the people that came in after us, 20-25 minutes later she decides to take our order, brought our coffee 20 minutes later after taking the order. The food arrived about 45 minutes later, was super cold. We even had to ask her once if our food was ready. She never apologized, never came back to ask if everything was okay, never served us more coffee but she sure was being the best waiter to everyone else. We had a wonderful bunch this morning. We had to travel down to Christiansburg VA for some business and decided to stop and eat. Our server was very polite and professional, it was very refreshing. The food was amazing. I had the Grandma's Sampler, Loaded Hash brown Casserole Tots and my husband had Uncle Herschel's favorite. They were both delicious ?

always delicious eating cracker barrelmine all my family favorites eat. prices are reasonable compared to other locations. but you eat is superb, especially her cats, noodles, karrots. biscuits. these are my favorites. I just can't give it up. there is always green beans or salad. my favorite meat is catfish, but cb is the best baked or grilled. I love the peace okra, but I can't eat so many peace foods. but cbs carrots are from far the best ever * only the best flavor* tender. last but not least I have to get my cinnamon, butterscotch sticks, but you have no more rum.anymore. but most prices in the shop like the clothing retail items are too high, unless a real item

Very disappointed with this location I had lunch an then got Veggie plate to go to have for dinner an this was the worst hash brown casserole I’ve Ever Had burnt up an like a rock it was placed upside down so to hide the Burnt overcooked casserole. Saddest part it was also this way with my lunch, iI had the sampler an just disgusted that a Par 4 chef would serve this way. Management needs hold their cook line accountable!! An Waitress I had never refilled my drink!! I know Cracker Barrel’s have high standards for their server’s an line cooks but these folks have slipped through the cracks!! I usually am not a Negative Nancy but since cook served this twice I’m opening up both barrels! Shame...
