"Update well, after my praise yesterday based on more than two years of coming here, today's order was pushed out to me with glaring errors and when I returned it to the counter for correction Mary, a young woman at the counter with red dyed hair copped an attitude, which I chaulked up to perhaps from the crush of people and orders this evening. Still, the average of getting things right here is above 90% so these errors don't make my praise any less, but I feel compelled to recommend you check any to go order before heading home, just as you need to at McDonald's and other places. Chicken sandwich was dry and tough. Potatoes cold and pasty. It took 35 min and asking 4 people to get my shake which was then melty and not fresh. I was 78 by the time I got my shake 94 had already gotten their food!!!! Service and food at its worst. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU CULVERS!!!!

I came in for lunch with my family. Unfortunately our experience was rather unpleasant. The person who took our order was great and helpful but everything else was unpleasant. Dirty tables, no napkins, flat soda, unfriendly staff who brought our food and slid our food rather viciously on the table. As we're leaving the tables are still dirty and the line is moving rather slow. Very disappointing.
