"I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who recently visited Dairy Queen. They used to love the food at this particular Dairy Queen about 3 years ago, but after spending $17 on bland, flavorless, and mushy burgers and fries, they have had enough. My mother described the restaurant as dirty, with a puddle of water you had to wade through just to get the drink you paid for. Additionally, the same consistently unapologetically rude customer service representative at the front makes everyone feel unwelcome. It's a definite no-go for us. As the quality of the food has declined and the unpleasant staff member remains, I would not recommend anyone to visit this location."

Poor waste management. The staff members who interact with customers are clearly not properly trained. The employee at the drive-thru was very impolite. Thankfully, his attitude was evident before we placed our order, allowing us to leave without spending any money here. We will not be returning.

I will not be returning to DQ. I was disappointed with my experience. I paid over $10 for a 6-piece steak finger meal and received only a small portion of fries. The steak fingers were also very small. The customer service was subpar. The evening crew could benefit from having a more effective manager.
