"I get to order window and make my order and I stated that I wanted fresh . After waiting 10 min to place the order. I get my meal and take a bite , and this is what I get .A hard piece of old chicken and cold fry. Very disappointed"

"For the city, this store is located in, this is the best fast food choice in the 2 miles route. I had very little problems when it comes to my right order, mobile orders, or even if I use Door Dash. The employees seem to care about what they are doing here. It is the only place in this city that tries to get you the right order in my experience."
