"Speaking to many food delivery drivers I can tell you that most will not accept orders from Dickey's Barbecue. First, the store is dirty and so are the staff. Black fingernail polish on a member who didn't have gloves on. Dirty shirts (uniforms) are common place. When picking up an order you are requested to sign a receipt before you get the order? The order is not properly bagged and ALWAYS has meat stains on the outside of the bag. I literally saw a member walk into a refrigerated cooler, graban an opened carton of potato salad, picked up a used scoop, and dished out the salad right in front of customers. He had potato salad on his hand, handed the delivery bag and it has potato salad on...

Got served by the actual owner of that location Lisa, she was so polite and outstanding customer service. The food was delicious. And even included dessert. Also the interior was well made and a great look for the place. All in all will recommend and return.

Seems like every time we order ?to go? something is missing or incorrect. Once the meat was shredded, I didn?t even know that was an option) missing food items, yesterday no bbq sauce. which was a killer because it?s so good) Prices have gone through the roof, which I?ll pay but expect the order to be correct.

"We had a nice time at dinner but I'm just shocked at the prices of everything. I had a bowl of angel hair pasta with marinara sauce and a couple pieces of cut up asparagus and I paid over $25.00, my husband had pesto fettuccine with sausage and he found the sausage to be dry and not good. The dinner special was a whitefish with mashed potatoes and asparagus and I usually never ask how much but did this time and it was $48.00...really? Happy hour there is always good but we won't be back for dinner. Service was great and it's not the fault of the waiters...dinner for 3 with one person drinking water, a house wine and a beer and it was over $200.00."

"Literally everything about our experience was fantastic primarily due to our phenomenal waitress, Elena. She was so kind, attentive, and gave wonderful tips for our upcoming trip to Italy. The auxiliary support staff are also so attentive and nice. The food, from appetizers to dessert, were delicious. We had bacon wrapped dates, focaccia bread, steak (filet mignon , ravioli, garlic mashed potatoes, and a blueberry lemon drop martini. For dessert, we had chocolate cake macaroons. Oh! And the peppermint tea is sooooo flavorful. Everything was cooked to perfection. The restaurant is a bit of a trek from the outside parking lot but worth the walk for sure. The decor is simple but warm, and the seating was very comfortable. There's plenty of space if you want to host a large group, or plenty of little tables for just an intimate dinner. We are coming back in a couple weeks for a birthday dinner (today was an anniversary dinner . It's our new favorite restaurant. :"
