"I love that my family can all get their favorite type of Asian food in one place. There is a huge variety of dishes and sides. So far we've tried some of the Japanese and Chinese dishes. So far everything has been very good. They do get quite busy on the weekends so sometimes the carry out times are a little longer than estimated but well worth the wait. 2/15/22 I've removed two stars because I feel like the service is not where it should be. The food is still great, which is the only reason to return. My last visit was an online order that said 10 20 minutes. It was 50 minutes before my food was ready. In the thirty minutes I stood in the restaurant waiting for my food I saw a food delivery driver get frustrated and leave without her order and I had enough time to get to know two nice ladies that were waiting for food when I arrived and were still waiting when I left. I really hope Passion Fusion is able to get there service straight before it's too late."

"The mashed potatoes tasted like sour cream or rotten. They tasted as good as they looked, awful. The hash browns had no flavor and were very greasy. We both felt sick all day after eating there. The waitresses were friendly though. Overall would not recommend.Food: 1/5"

"I only used the drive-thru at this restaurant. The cashier convinced me to buy more than I wanted, but my order was still incorrect. Instead of chicken, they gave me a beef sub, which I am allergic to. I tried calling for three days in a row, but the mailbox was always full. I contacted American Deli Customer Service via email, but they just asked for a copy of my receipt and did not resolve the issue. Since I live approximately 50 miles away from the restaurant, I visited in person today to see if they would fix the mistake. However, they refused to replace or refund the order without both the food and receipt, and I only had the receipt. The manager disregarded the fact that I live out of town and had been trying to contact them since receiving the incorrect food. Their excuse was that the phone wasn't working. Regardless of whether they are licensed or owned by American Deli, this restaurant does not provide a good representation of the brand."

"Our annual family meetings always use Dickie Do's for the BBQ and everyone loves it. Last week I was in Haw River and decided to stop for taking orders. I have not recognized (as I do not usually dine-in or order individual meals to go here) that no lateral container of the BBQ sauce is placed with togo orders or offered when placing the order (I went inside to place order). Once at home and ready to eat to realize NO sauce, I called to ask. Was informed about a sauce station that was not offered or mentioned during the order. That would be nice to know to take orders. Eating is good, it would have enjoyed more with some sauce. A little disappointed that none of the food workers or cash registers wore masks. "
