"The African American girl that works there during the day shift is extremely rude, unprofessional and nasty. I’ve tolerated her nasty attitude for 2 weeks whenever I stop in there, today I finally had to tell her about herself because she responded to me in a very unprofessional way. She refuses to wear gloves on both hands when packaging my food and she has an attitude for no reason. She also wears a sleeping cap on her head while working, this is highly unsanitary and not fair to customers. I will be filing a complaint with the health department."

I wish I could give zero stars for the service. Donuts and coffee are always good, but every time We come in people are either rude, inconsiderate or have zero sense of customer service.Today we waited an unbelievably long time (approx. 15 minutes) just to get coffee that we ordered at the same time as our donuts.I would definitely not go to this location for your DD fix.

They did not follow social distancing etiquette. Older blonde employee with mask down below nose and with snippy attitude. They did not enforce mask usage during visit with multiple customers in and out of store not wearing masks. Two star review because the coffee is good and upon my last visit two younger gentlemen were polite and had correct mask usage. During this visit on 12/15 I was disappointed by the irresponsible and unsafe practice in a place that serves beverages and food.
