"I hope I have the correct establishment. While my husband and I were traveling south on I-95, we exited at Daytona and stopped in for some coffee. The young man who served us at the counter, who I believe was named Jade, was incredibly courteous and helpful. As someone in my 70s, I truly appreciated his patience and kindness. Employees like him are what make customers want to return. He deserves to be recognized for his excellent service. I think the store number was 2435? Please pass on my thanks to him."
