"We were visiting from out of town and decided to take a chance with sushi ramen to celebrate my daughter?s birthday. So glad we did! Ali P. was our server and she was beyond awesome, from her cheerful attitude, knowledge of the menu, and attentiveness. Food was great as well, wonderfully prepared! Good portion size for the overall prices. We ate at the restaurant, but could tell how popular the place was by all of the takeout they were doing. We would return if visiting the area again!"

Ordered door dash around 6:30pm. Chicken was cold and hard like it had been cooked twice. Soup tasted like dishwater. There are much better Asian food locations in Kingsport.

I liked the place. The staff was friendly, had a nice ambience that was food.... mixed feelings. The teriyaki bowl was amazing, sushi was just ok, nothing special, the miso soup was much too salty

Ordered a carry out meal and it was absolutely atrocious. First and last time I order from this restaurant. Sushi tasted old, rice was old and evidently microwaved, chicken dry and rubbery. There are far better choices in the Tri-Cities for sushi
