The customer service here is pitiful. I’ve personally had enough and don’t intend on going back. The food has been inconsistent for a while, too. My wife and I were driving right near Taco Loco and placed an order using Bluetooth. Perfectly good connection and it was obvious that the person taking the order heard us fine and told us our order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. We get there very shortly after placing the order and waited in the lobby. They bring out an order for “Bill” not more than 10 minutes after placing the order.
