"Tucked into the end of a little strip mall, El Toro Viejo is a Mexican gem in Brigham City. It should be noted they're about to change their name to Ruben's. Great lunch but I think the restaurant changed its name to Rubens. Fajita quesadilla for me and fajita salad for hubby. Delish!

I enjoyed the authentic Mexican dishes at this restaurant on both of my recent trips to Brigham City. The traditional flavors did not disappoint!

This is now called Reuben's but my opinion still stands, this is the BEST place, hands down, to eat in Brigham City. Their food is incredible, and the service is fast. We always do take out and they include their complimentary chips and salsa with it. Which, by the way, are some of the most fresh and amazing EVER! This is a gem in Brigham and you have never been, you are sorely missing out!
