"Honestly, the marketing team gets 10/10 props and I work in marketing so that’s saying something. Not to bash this place, but I don’t think I’ve ever been sneered until I arrived here. Saturday night, Halloween weekend, and of course we’re dressed up in our cute sexy Halloween costume (not vulgar, but cute , and the staff (our waiter most especially and I didn’t catch his name are were very unwelcoming. Also, I was very much expecting Tulum-esque vibes and party vibes, but the live DJ had his music VERY low key and the aerialist’s (very talented!! show was as legitimate 2min long. That was it. That was the show and “vibe”."
