"The customer service here is absolutely deplorable. After 2 and a half hours of waiting for my food (via seamless) I called them to ask what the status of my order was, the woman on the phone made up some lie that there was some ?confusion? with my order and that they would be sending it out for delivery right away. 50 minutes later? after this call my food still had not arrived. Completely unprofessional. When I called back to cancel my order she was saying they already spent the materials making the food WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM? as if I didn?t pay for food that wasn?t here 3 hours later. Please save yourself the time and headache and do not order from these people."

If you like slow service and small portions, you should go here. If not, I would not recommend eating here. I received one porkchop with my order after waiting 25 minutes.

Expected better as always seems well visited but fried fish was soggy, plantains were too greasy, simple salad and dressing just vinegar, rice and beans fine though. Probably won't visit again. People working there pleasant.

I go here to regular food is usually good, but today was unacceptable I just ordered a small soup and sweet plantains and was charged $19 I didn't want to make an upsurge over the price, but when I came home my soup was cold and the sweet plantains are old I won't order again from here
