"When we arrived, they informed us that they were out of sushi rice, so they couldn’t make any sushi rolls. Totally fine, and not their fault. We had crispy pork gyoza, and crunchy shrimp tempura. Yum! The place was packed, the staff was hustling, people were waiting to get in. We were lucky to get two seats at the counter. We’ll get sushi next time when it’s not so busy.
