"Giving a 1 star because of how rude we were treated. When we arrived for our 9:00 reservation (10 min early) the bartender told us “sorry- kitchens closed. You’ll have to go somewhere else” and then just ignored us. Then we were standing in the lobby figuring out where to go and watched another gentleman walk up to the bar and order food to go. We went back to ask if we could do that, and she still said no. Since we were staying in the hotel, we did eat breakfast there the next morning. Food was good, service still lacking."

Horrible experience, we could not get anyone to serve us so we left. They clearly had more people than they could handle that night.

the bartender didn't know what my drink was, and didn't tell me how much an additional fee would be to add another shot to my drink. So I paid $11 for a shot in a $12 drink. pretty disappointed that I paid $26 for a drink that didn't even taste good. I only had her breakfast, but it wasn't better than mcdonald's breakfast. it just tasted cheap.

the server was very friendly and tried to explain that due to some events there were very little kitchen staff. but at 5/6 on Saturday I didn't know we had to wait for more than an hour to eat. then it wasn't great to eat. my daughter didn't like her popcorn chicken, and my chicken sandwich was just coated in bbq and a few crushed cheese upstairs. I really wish I had just found a restaurant in front of location, but we were hungry and tired of traveling.

"This pizza compound has a good pizza! This place also has a great Detroit nostalgia. Definitely recommend checking out this place! This location offers military discount. The staff was super friendly. It took a minute to sit. Waiting for the food was a little long, but this is a pizza joint and it takes a little more time to get food than normal. So be patient and just go to her. For a party of 5 the price was good. The small pizza comes with 4 hearty slices of butter, crispy thick crust; that was great! None of the members of my party were able to comfortably complete a small pizza. Regarding meaningful feedback, I was not a fan of the Marinara sauce that covered the top of the pizza. This overwhelmed the aromas of added toppings, ultimately the full taste of all ingredients. For example, did I order a little super? Pizza (pepperoni, ham, onions, mushrooms and green peppers). The sauce was so much that everything was so tender and sour? ish taste that comes with a marinara. It was hard to get the bite and taste of each of these ingredients so much so that I could taste the peppers and hardly got this onion and mushroom taste would be expected. I have the green paprika and ham taste from it stronger than the others. Please note the pictures for this post. In the end, the staff was nice; I didn't get a drink refill until we finished the meal. For the few reasons mentioned in the previous two paragraphs, this convinced me to give a 4 star rating instead of 5! Finally, a very good pizza joint and I would recommend to visit!"
