"Went to Ellington 's for the first time since they remodeled. Heartbroken that it now looks like a generic restaurant that you would find at a Holiday Inn. It 's the Brown Palace, it should be elegant, classic and beautiful not a white Modern room of nothing. The place was empty on Saturday morning. The service was excellent and so was the food but just hated the atmosphere. Badly done Brown Palace!"

Wonderful. Our experience was great in every way. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food selection for the Mother’s Day brunch was terrific. Made to order omelets were a nice option. The deserts were marvelous! Definitely worth a return trip!

Brunch at Ellyngtons today was perfect! Ellyngtons is now in their newly remodeled beautiful space, the menu has been updated with some very creative and fun menu items. Dawa took exceptional care of us, and I truly don't recall the last brunch we had that was this enjoyable. Do not miss the flavor packed spin on biscuits and gravy and Barbacoa eggs Benedict. Definitely a must try!
