"This was our first time eating at Empire of the Incas. We were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, the service and the food. There were several families with children having dinner, while we were there. The ambiance was casual and verypleasant. The service was good and the food wa simple and tasty. The portions were big. My husband and I both ordered a piscosour before our meal. We liked it a lot. We also enjoyed the papa a la Huancaína we shared as an appetizer. For an entree, Ihad bistec a lo pobre, which consisted of a steak with two fried egss on top (the eggs were overcooked), sweet plantains, riceand French fries. My husband ordered the lomo saltado and he loved it. The tres leches...

This place has gotten a well deserved makeover because last time we were here it did not look this good. Menu has changed too. Atmosphere is great, friendly staff& delicious food. Will definitely be back. Their ceviche was to die for, super fresh andtasty. They only messed up one of the dishes, they gave us a lomo saltado when we order tallarín saltado, which my husbandended up taking cuz we were starving. Other than that everything was great.

"I recently had an unfortunate experience at the restaurant I Want that left me quite dissatisfied. I ordered the mutton biryani and was taken aback when I saw that I was charged a hefty $29 mutton biryani for it. When I raised my concern about the pricing, the employee I interacted with was extremely rude and unhelpful.Considering the exorbitant price and the lack of assistance from the employee, I decided to cancel my order immediately. To my surprise, I was told that canceling was not an option, even though it had been just two minutes since I placed the order. It 's disappointing to encounter such inflexibility, especially when genuine concerns are raised.Customer service should be a top priority for any establishment, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in that regard. Not being able to cancel my order within a reasonable time frame and the rudeness of the employee left a negative impression on me.I understand that mistakes can happen, but a good restaurant would have handled the situation with more grace and offered a solution to address my concerns. Unfortunately, that wasn 't the case here. Additionally, when I requested the owner 's contact information to discuss the matter further, it was denied, which added to the frustration.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the restaurant. Improving customer service and being more accommodating with orders could go a long way in enhancing the overall dining experience for future customers. As for me, I 'll be hesitant to return based on this disappointing encounter."
