"Nothing much has changed since my last visit to this restaurant in one of the best locations in Bayreuth. The meals tasted all right, but they were not warm enough. As the weather was pretty sunny, more customers should have frequented the place. I wonder...why only few guests were there both inside and outside. It is a pity because that is not what that restaurant deserves. Its atmosphere is pleasant"

We visited during asparagus season and there pork schnitzel with potatoes and asparagus did not disappoint. We had a large group and service was excellent

The Bayreuther's seem to think this is the epitome of coffee drinking. It's swanky, for Bayreuth, has black leather seating, nice tables outside by the stream, good quality coffee, good service. Yes, a moment of Italy. A bit pricey, but people meet to impress their...friends with prosecco, business and pleasure
