Wood fired in a traditional pizza oven, made fresh and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and quality. Very thin crust that has just the perfect amount of chew and yet has those delicious char spots a true wood fired pizza should! Top notch pizza, and don’t forget the gelato!! I Love blood orange and finding that in a gelato was an extra treat. Check em out, I know I’ll be back any time I am in Bismarck!"

Absolutely love this place! They brick oven pizza is perfectly crispy and they have so many delicious house pizza options. It’s perfect to share or get a pizza solo. They have a great beer and wine menu as well. Not a great spot for a party larger than 6.
