"We visited the store today bright and early to get my husband a free sub for his birthday. The app did not work and it caused some problems with the reward system. We asked Tanika (I probably regretted the wrong) for help. We thought we had to go and come back as soon as the app worked. But she called us back before we left the door and got another employee who helps us get the reward. We are very grateful for the customer service here and the great food. We will certainly return to this sub-site, especially because of Tanika and her amazing customer service. The sandwich was good too!"

Order to 708 pm. It is now 736 and there is no sign of our order ready or even in preparation. Do not come to this place unless you plan at least 30 minutes to wait until your food is ready. Will never be here again

My husband and I love this place, they're super nice! In any case it is worth going for a quick bite or taking your time. It is usually quiet when we go there, so it is a nice place for conversations. I do not tend to stay long after I have finished my remedy :P

My husband and I had always come to this firehouse, but over the past year and half we had stopped because it wasn't the same. So today we went in to eat and already in me I saw and felt a big difference. It felt calmly not stressful peaceful and well organized new mgmt and team they were all ingenious, the Lady Manager was training, taking orders and on the line to help make food and let their crew know now?s Wiping stock and tables like it is a wonderful model for younger one great work

"The lunch visit was atrocious! We thought we'd sit outside on this beautiful Labor Day. There was a family with a dog, no big deal, but when they left, there was dog food all over the patio and during our whole time there for lunch, nobody came and bussed the table and cleaned the mess they left. Then it took FOREVER to get our food. We were patient, it was a holiday and we were enjoying our day off work. But after 40 minutes waiting for our food, it was starting to get annoying. Especially during this time when a lady from the bar came outside three times with her beer and cigarette! Then the kicker was when a manager (we assume, he was wearing a black polo with Glory Days logo) arrived for work. Sat down and talked to this woman, put his shoes ON A TABLE and they were dropping the F bomb in their very loud conversation. We aren't prudes by any means, but have a little class! Get your shoes off the table where someone will sit and eat, and watch your language in front of customers! My chicken sandwich was burnt beyond wanting to eat it, my husband's wings were disgusting. Never again!!! The food, the service, and the management is the worst in town! Go somewhere else for lunch. Don't waste your money!UPDATE: I sent an email as requested to the manager, and he did not respond. His response was only so the public would think he actually made amends for the poor service we received. He does not care about how customers are treated. It was probably him who was out on the patio with his shoes on the table and cussing in front of customers"
