"GROSS; we were forced to operate this location for almost an entire day without water, clearly indicating that the owner Sarju and his wife have no regard or compassion for workers as they demanded we MELT I C E (from a disgusting machine that often left black specs in cups and drinks as we never had time or training to clean it properly) to put in steamers and to use to wash dishes. I have never worked in a more soul crushing place, you can 't possibly be a good owner if you think nasty ice makes clean dishes and would rather make a quick buck than close for the day for health hazards. Also from a former slicer, ask to read the ingredients and harsh chemicals they have the meat sitting in...

My husband and I love this place, they're super nice! In any case it is worth going for a quick bite or taking your time. It is usually quiet when we go there, so it is a nice place for conversations. I do not tend to stay long after I have finished my remedy :P

Extremely slow and really couldn't figure out why although it seems like app delivery orders took priority over standing customers waiting in the dining room. Took 28 minutes to get a salad and sandwich with 3 folks ahead of me. Took 2-3 minutes to explain to the cashier what a salad was and why I didn't want bread. Was very warm and smoky in the dining room with only 5 or so tables in a very large space so lots of people standing around. Had to bring salad back to the counter because it had only a couple pinches of lettuce in the container. Very rough experience, won't be back. Jersey Mike's across the parking lot is substantially quicker and friendlier. One has to wonder if corporate reps...

"The lunch visit was atrocious! We thought we'd sit outside on this beautiful Labor Day. There was a family with a dog, no big deal, but when they left, there was dog food all over the patio and during our whole time there for lunch, nobody came and bussed the table and cleaned the mess they left. Then it took FOREVER to get our food. We were patient, it was a holiday and we were enjoying our day off work. But after 40 minutes waiting for our food, it was starting to get annoying. Especially during this time when a lady from the bar came outside three times with her beer and cigarette! Then the kicker was when a manager (we assume, he was wearing a black polo with Glory Days logo) arrived for work. Sat down and talked to this woman, put his shoes ON A TABLE and they were dropping the F bomb in their very loud conversation. We aren't prudes by any means, but have a little class! Get your shoes off the table where someone will sit and eat, and watch your language in front of customers! My chicken sandwich was burnt beyond wanting to eat it, my husband's wings were disgusting. Never again!!! The food, the service, and the management is the worst in town! Go somewhere else for lunch. Don't waste your money!UPDATE: I sent an email as requested to the manager, and he did not respond. His response was only so the public would think he actually made amends for the poor service we received. He does not care about how customers are treated. It was probably him who was out on the patio with his shoes on the table and cussing in front of customers"

"The last time I was at Amici’s was when they were in their previous location. I had been a couple of times and it was always good!We tried it again tonight! Their garlic bread was amazing!Once we got our meals, that wasn’t the case. I ordered the carbonara. The menu says bacon, peas, ham, and eggs. When I got the dish, there was nothing creamy about it. It looked like it had curdled milk or feta cheese. It was loaded with green olives. I know some recipes call for olives, but that’s all you could taste. There were no peas like the menu said.My husband got the spaghetti and meatballs. I really wanted to like it but there was no effort put into the sauce. The sauce was only tomatoes! No other flavoring. It tasted as though a can of tomato sauce was poured into a pot and served. The dish comes with 2 meatballs. I could not finish the meatball. Our whole family tried it and we could not believe how unpleasant the taste was. Regardless, the portions of both pasta dishes was definitely hearty! They are not skimpy on how much food you get!My son got the Philly cheese steak and like with the other dishes, there was no effort put into putting food out with flavor. Or food that tastes good. The hostess was lovely and friendly! Our server was not pleasant. They didn’t smile 1 time. They would only answer in 1 word answers and just came across as though they don’t enjoy a customer service job.The place is really nice! One of the nicer pizza places I’ve been to! It still looks new and everything looked clean.I hope the owners/managers sit and try the food to see if there are any changes they can make to improve what they have!"
