Check came with higher prices than list...line item. Supposedly for ccard surcharge, how about a line at the end showing the surcharge in case I used cash . Extra cost for first serving of condiments.? Was the macncheese from a can? Hard to get the attention of waitress at the end, ok before I re that but not busy."
