"When we placed our order and gave them our address, the same street in a different town came up and the delivery driver ended up driving to the wrong address. Once he called we figured out the miscommunication, he then proceeded with the delivery even after he was miles out of the way (mistake is truthfully on our part for not telling them which township)! They don’t even usually deliver to our township but he still took it upon himself to deliver us the food we paid for. We appreciated that very much and it speaks volumes on the sort of customer service in this establishment! :"

"As it was a beautiful summer evening , I called ahead to request outdoor seating. I was told all outside tables were booked. When I arrived at the restaurant all tables were vacant. I again requested outside seating but was told they were booked. Upon leaving, there were only people sitting out of doors. Plenty of seating was available. The wine glasses at the table had to be sent back because they were dirty. The area where we were seated indoors had no music. So we could overhear everyone’s conversation at the next table. When our food arrived, my food was cold. Everyone else in my party was served a warm entree. The food was delicious, the experience was not"

"For a place that has been here for 3 years, it is impressive that they have never advertised! After our brilliant dinner experience last night we came back to breakfast this morning. Our waitress was perfect and we didn't have to ask for something last night. The parts are huge and we left with cartons. I love that a lot of food is prepared from local places and everything from scratch! Even the bread is made locally fresh! Even if it is a little small, it is a comfortable environment. I love Joe's sense of humor on his menus. The food tasted amazing! The homemade strawberry jam I had with my toast this morning was great. My friend and I are super impressed with this place. No wonder you don't have to advertise! Go on, Joe! Your place is amazing!"

"This California Tortilla location was the best in the general area and those I visited during the excursions. Something has definitely changed here and it is not for the best. I ordered my family 's usual: classic Burrito bowl with Tofu, Fajita Burrito and the Californian Screamin Burrito. For the second time in about three orders we were told that Tofu was not available for the Burrito Shot, this is a real bummer for my daughter who is vegetarian. The darkened chicken was basically a burned crab and very hard, not what is considered darkened. It's just obvious what happened to stay here and I can't recommend the Royersford location of California Tortilla. I don't know if it's management or bad training for the chefs, but at $10 11 per person it's not worth $35 for the three things I get. There are other possibilities out there, and I would like to point out that there is a better southwestern cuisine."

"We celebrated my husband's birthday tonight! Our waitress was fabulous, all her recommendations were on point!! The Sachette was amazing!! Not something I would normally order but I'm so glad I did!! Would like to also say thank you to the young man that was helping. He assisted my mom and he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. We all loved everything will be back soon!"
