Really nice neighborhood coffee shop. Excellent coffee and pastries/avocado toast but you might have to wait a bit.

Very nutty and smooth coffee. One of the best coffees I had recently. I got their latte with hazelnut syrup. You get other breakfast options like frozen yogurt, bagel and sandwiches. You also get their coffee by the pound. You get vegan and vegetarian options here.
