"Excellent food, skillfully prepared and served by friendly staff. Fu Zhou has been a fixture in Cotati for a long time and is the longest-running Chinese restaurant in Rohnert Park/Cotati. Its owners took advantage of the COVID-19 hiatus to freshen the interior and to upgrade and expand its menu. There is now a limited selection of dim sum, tasty and of high quality; new dim sum items are to be added in the future."

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food is fantastic—I absolutely love it! It has officially become my new favorite spot. The honey walnut shrimp is the best dish, and I can't get enough of it. The staff is incredibly friendly too. I really appreciate this place!
