"Staff was friendly and this isn?t a reflection of them, but this entire restaurant smelled. I figured out why when I went to the restroom to wash up before eating. The men?s restroom absolutely reeks of urine. So much so that it breached the door and filledthat end of the restaurant. The carpet holds onto the stench and therefore the entire restaurant had remnants of that pungentammonia odor. I will say my burger was good and the toppings tasty and presented properly. But once the stench gets in yoursinuses, it will not go away until you exit the building. My wife couldn?t finish her burger because of the smell. The flooringneeds replacing throughout and a subcontractor hired to come clean...

fuddruckers used to be all over columbus, ohio but they've all closed and we saw this on our way to myrtle beach and had to stop! The food of course was amazing and will remember this location and make sure to stop by whenever we're near again! Staffwas so friendly and food so fresh!

Overall good experience Sunday afternoon. Only negative remark is I ordered the 1/2lb burger and only got the 1/3lb. Time constraints didn't allow for me to have it corrected. I can't recall their names, but the two ladies working the cookie/milkshake side around 3pm were wonderful!! Customer service was extraordinary, and were a joy to be around. We talked about howthe cookies are better if they are not fully cooked; that no one wants a brick with sprinkles-haha! One was blonde and the othershorter, with high spirits! They work well together.
