"My family and I was there on a Saturday night for my birthday dinner and the sushi was wonderful like always. The only complaint I have is about our server. This is where I get pretty upset with Fujis for forcing me to pay a $20 gratuity for a server that barely came to check on us, did NOT bring the food to us, had to ask the several times for chop sticks, soy sauce, sweetener for my tea and we had to ask another server for refills. Putting the gratuity on the check for a server only makes the server LAZY, because they know that they are going to get their money no matter how they serve their customers.
