"We went for a dinner during winter season. We ordered soups and pizzas. The food was OK, nothing special. The place was almost full and the service was really busy, not very friendly, though. The worst thing was the smell from the kitchen. We were sat right next to it and it was pretty intense. Our clothes were smelly for good couple of days."

"Waren zweimal in der Huislerstube, es hat alles gepasst. Sehr freundlicher Service, tolles Essen in Top-Qualität.Kleiner Gastgarten (mit Markise überdacht) und extrem schöner Gastraum, eine Mischung aus rustikal und edel.Preise etwas hoch, aber die Qualität ist wirklich sehr gut und die mittlere Größe der Hauptspeisen erlaubt es eine der feinen Nachspeisen zu probieren :-)Absolute Empfehlung für einen schönen Restaurantbesuch in Fulpmes."

"We visited this restaurant as trip advisor reviews said it was great Austrian food. So we were excited to visit a lovely wee rustic looking guesthouse for the food. It was pretty outside and central location was good. But when we arrived it was as if we were a total inconvenience to them, as it seemed we were late at 8pm for dinner. They rushed around trying to sort a table out for us. The what seemed to be the owners children were working very hard to clear up after hotel guests had eaten. The platter was very nice, but the mains were either too rich (with lovely beef though) or too oily and dry, i was overall disappointing. The balsamic vinegar was mouthwatering. The beers were eidleweiss on tap at a reasonable price, lovely and cold. The buffet had been removed so they served us extra salad but i had to ask for this, it wasnt a problem, but it did take a while. After our meal we sat for ages and ages with our dirty plates and no drinks to the point that, i got up, put my jacket on, and just as i was leaving, the young teenager girl, came for the bill. Everyone seemed inconvenienced and we did not feel welcome. It really spoiled our evening. I felt sorry for the young staff who seemed to maybe be the owner's children, that were waiting on the tables. We were not asked if we wanted dessert. I was just really disappointed."

"This is a real HIDDEN PEARL for those who admire fresh and well prepared trout forelli) meal! This family driven restaurant is easy- going and cozy place and based on tradition in many generations. Worth to visit. Not so far from the main road. There is also soups, salads and some meat choices available not forgetting the little customers. Desserts- ask them- and you will be overwhelmed happy! Everything is homemade receipts and hand- picked. There is parking area outside and in good weather also the terasse is available. The service is nice, flexible and everything happened easily. Great experience !"
