"if they want to feed through the top service with ingenious, they go to hapa sushi grill and sake bar. this was our first visit and we will definitely come back. we were received when we entered and our waiter, maxwell let us know our time to choose a drink. he asked if we were going to and when we said no, he was great to make suggestions. he made the evening literally by taking us to the order. when I tried to use the chiffel and laugh, he offered to get other utensils. I told him it was okay because I thought I was going to keep this evening. I love the names of food selection and adult drinks. this is a place to relax, enjoy the food and drink, observe the people and in the position to...

We had a great night at Hapa. Service was good, food was good, a little pricy but overall good experience!

We decided to eat at Hapa Sushi Grill after seeing the restaurant online when visiting 16th Street in Denver, CO. The menu consisted of a variety of sushi rolls, Japanese appetizers and also, Hawaiian style teriyaki bowls, kalua pork , and poke. We ate the Colorado Hamachi, which is very much like hamachi carpaccio, slices of hamachi with a lime ponzu sauce. The sashimi was excellent! We also ate the Caterpillar Sushi Roll. The combination of the rice and sweet sauce with unagi topped with avocado was also very delicious. I also enjoyed a bowl of udon. The broth was very tasty, and not too salty. I would definitely return to this restaurant when in Denver!

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
