"I was riding down Burnet during my lunch hour and decided to give this place a try, what a mistake. Customer service was great, the place was clean but the food was horrible. I ordered four tenders, two original and two spicy with fries and macaroni. The original was cooked hard and the spicy was burnt, not to mention that my fries were soggy. My box was sealed shut with stickers and I didn’t open it until I returned to work. Steer away from here if you’re searching for good chicken on a hungry stomach, this is not the place for you. Not to mention that I paid $14.00 for the meal. My loss!!!"

They got our order wrong in multiple ways. Gave us non spicy tenders when we ordered spicy and didn’t give us the 4 tenders we ordered and instead only gave us 3. The meal was incredibly expensive for very mediocre food. Mac and cheese was gross and the sauces don’t have any flavor.

Food is decent, bathroom was not clean and had a urine smell.The customer service is horrible. Didn’t greet us or engage in any contact at all.But $43 for two chicken tender meals is insane especially for the side portion sizes!!Place wasn’t really “clean” just looked “wiped down”Lower the prices, hire better and happier people that engage with the customers, give larger portion sizes!!!!
