"I love her veggie soup and rice noodle dish (they add many vegetables! . The cowboy pancakes were a little chewing, but I can try them again, only in case it was a fuke. The staff is friendly, efficient and truly knowledgeable about vegan options. Overall, it's delicious Chinese food that doesn't feel excessively fat like so many other places. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very knowledgeable about vegan options. I was in town to visit family for Christmas and stopped here to take lunch. I had the veil and the roasted tofu with vegetables and brown rice. Tofu and vegetables come in a delicious, traditional brown sauce. Basic, but delicious Chinese food!
