"The food was 'just ok '. The salon we order was undercooked. We also had scallops which didn 't have any sear on them. I also had a bowl of clam chowder which was pretty runny and the potato 's and clams were finely chopped. The flavor was decent for the dishes, but not worth the cost. The proximity to Davies Hall and parking was really the only selling point."

Food preparation was just about perfect for what they make. Mild but very flavorful. Service was impeccable. Felt kind of rushed but with most people heading to a show that's just right.

This is a San Francisco institution and it never disappoints. The food is wonderful, so fresh and well prepared. The service is attentive, without being overbearing, and they make sure to check if you're going to a show. A very homey atmosphere.

Food is fine but nothing to be super excited about (especially for price). Food cost not worth the quality. Also menu is very limited and while online there are more options (meat etc), at the restaurant the menu is a lot shorter. Would not dine again
