"My daughter and I were looking for something different to eat, but didn 't want a full service restaurant. While we were looking around online, we came across HCK. Since we are from TN, and we do love our hot chicken, this was what we decided on. When we got out of the car, the first thing we both said, This place smells amazing. And when we walked in the front door, we knew we were at the right place. The gentleman at the counter was super helpful, friendly, and was answering all the questions we were throwing at him. Just flew in from San Diego and need to grab some food. What a great choice!! Service was friendly and helpful, food was excellent and if we lived here we'd eat here a LOT! Thank you for sending us on our way with a great, satisfying, and friendly experience. If you are in the area, stop and enjoy some great food and great hospitality!! Oh? And?! Last night I placed an order through DoorDash from this place. DoorDash notified me that the dasher had an issue and my order was cancelled. I quickly went to the store and got there right at closing time. I explained to them what happened and they told me a dasher had came in for my food and taken it. They were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault at all. They offered to remake the whole meal at no charge and even gave me a free drink. The whole staff was super nice! As for the food 10/10 !
