Everything is freshly made and has a real home-cooked taste. Aside from peas, I doubt there is a frozen vegatable on the premises. I would swear that I have reviewed this restaurant on TA in the past....but I've had a few other reviews I've done go missing, too. Anyway, any time I stay at the Moevenpick Regensdorf, I have dinner at Hot Wok. I found it by accident...the first time and I look forward to it when I come back. Friendly owner and good service. A nice mix of Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, Japanese, and Indian fare. I love their hot and sour soup and I always get the Duck Sizzler. I don't get enough duck in the US so I eat it as much as I can when in Germany or Switzerland. Tonights was the plumpest, meatiest duck breast I've ever had.
