"Stopped in at Howard's the other day on my way to work (not my normal spot, but I had an early appointment up the road). Despite a couple of older poor reviews, I found the place totally acceptable. When I got there there were a few people waiting for their orders, but I was greeted and the young lady took my order quickly. As the orders came out there was never any confusion and the guy was friendly...a couple of the people who came in after me were clearly regulars and didn't even need to order the young lady jumped to get their regular orders.
