"We waited more than 10 minutes to be seated. Then had to wait on a server, no one came nor had even been given the knowledge that we had been seated. I had to get the attention of one of the passing servers. She was so very kind enough to take our orders, in an area that was not even hers. (Because of her, I have given an extra star. After getting our orders taken, we waited even longer. To the point that I had to ask for our food. The food was overpriced. The restaurant and its servers were very unorganized. You definitely gotta have a lot of patience to eat there. (Plus the ham was a chip."

Food was good and hot. They did miss the creamer for the iced coffee and forgot the junior chocolate milk, but were very accommodating to get it fixed. Thank you.

I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelet. Part way through it, after not finding any mushrooms, I pulled it apart and there was not a single mushroom in it. The worst part is I ordered an extra side of hollandaise sauce with it (pictured) and she brought out a badly melted plastic cup of it. She explained to me that the cup melted in the microwave. I certainly don't want to ingest plastic, so I didn't use it. Based on them believing it's ok to serve something toxic like that, they certainly could use a visit from the health department. I like IHOP, but will never go back to this one.
