Made reservations weeks ago May 28th 645pm. Nice atmosphere. Eclectic menu but all delicious entrees. Charcuterie was a nice start for our table of 5. Chicken Cranberry Terrine, Chicken Rillette, Summer Sausage, Bread, Cranberry Jam, Pickled Veg, Ipa Mustard. Creamy Polenta Saffron Roasted Tomatoes, Olives, Fried Artichoke, Feta delicious! Bone in Pork Chop Lentils, Kraut, Apple Mustard my sister every bite! My cocktail was made with vermouth tasty! Worth the try...wonderful cuisine.

My friends and I came here after a long 24 mile of hiking kind of day. We arrived fairly late, around 9:30pm on a Friday, but the kitchen was still happy to serve us and our meal was not rushed at the slightest. We started with a few appetizers, including a beef carpaccio and a smoked salmon crepe. The carpaccio had slightly seared cuts of raw beef with scallions, over deliciously roasted potatoes and a creamy sauce on them (which I unfortunately forgot what it was). The bites of each were delectable and incredible. The salmon crepe came with a dollop of sour cream, capers and some pickled onions and aside from being presented well, had a generous amount of smoked salmon on it. Highly recomm...

One of my dining companions beat me to it three of us ventured to Liquids and Solids after a very, very long day of hiking Mount Marcy and Tabletop Mountain. I 'm not sure exactly how many places were open in the area but I sure am glad Liquids and Solids happily took us in despite the late night rendezvous. We shared two of the sides or mediums as appetizers the Smoked Salmon and Beef Carpaccio. The Smoked Salmon plate was incredible. Between the fresh salmon, the capers, pickled onions, beets, and sour cream/milk yogurt I couldn 't figure out what the best part was.
