"The service and the food was excellent ! We had no wait time. I have been here at Industrial Revolution a few times before, I brought my son and his family this time, because they had never been there. They were impressed and said that they are likely to return. As a added plus The I Love Lucy shows in the restroom are great. She has always been my favorite !! The kids liked the train too !"

We had called and asked to make a reservation for a party of 7 and were told no reservations for parties greater than 6 on the weekend. So we had a 35 minute wait at 4:30pm when a party of 14 arrived after us and were seated. Food didn’t all arrive at the same time. We’ve been here before and this time was not up to par. Our table was by the door and very cold any time door opened.
