"This restaurant gives me the creeps! I initially stopped going here, but I decided to give it another chance. Each time I've visited, there were always strange and suspicious individuals in the parking lot. It's somewhat hidden from the main road (Dixon Blvd), which might attract this kind of crowd. Additionally, the customer service has been terrible. I always seem to get a young guy with an attitude who struggles to understand directions. While no one is perfect, this guy consistently acts like he doesn’t want to be there, and his reaction to simple requests is quite unprofessional. I'm really disappointed with Jack in the Box. Anyone who knows me is aware that I frequently visit them. However, during my visit today around 1 PM, the lady at the drive-thru was rude, and my egg rolls were burnt. I had stopped going there last year due to a bad experience, but I decided to give it another shot. I initially gave them four stars because my fiancée said his food was hot, including the fries and everything else. Even his tea was sweet. Unfortunately, my egg rolls were burnt, hard, and cold.

I just visited this JnB location and my food was excellent! It appeared that there was only one person working, and he really knew what he was doing. An older gentleman took my order and headed to the kitchen, and he returned promptly with my food. I can say this with confidence because I appreciate the effort he put in. Some restaurants don't operate as efficiently, but tonight was different. On 4/9/22, my ticket showed 5:23, and there were only 5 employees on duty with just 2 cars in the lot, which is quite amusing! If I could have, I definitely would have tipped him because he truly deserved it. Until I can come back, the least I can do is give him a shout-out!
