"Probably one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I ordered grilled shrimp, and when it came out it was teriyaki and in a bowl of juice. My boyfriend only had one potato and they stated they would bring another, and my dad didn’t have corn on his plate. They waited until everyone was done to bring out the corn and potato. It was ridiculous. And the service was horrible. 10/10 do NOT recommend"

Worst experience we have had. Wait staff has no clue and more interested in the chat club than making sure your guests have drinks full. Food itself was extremely greasy and even though it 's fried it had no flavor.

We ordered takeout and loved every part of it! We asked for lightly breaded and it was all done perfectly! I had the broiled flounder and grilled vegetables and it all tasted fresh and well seasoned. We were all very pleased with our meals and we will definitely return!

Very poor service. Food came out separately. Shrimp then after our meal was over came the sides. Menu said (2) on corn and never received but one after the meal. One plate came with only one red potato ?. Very disappointed after the pictures on Fb and the real plate. Grilled shrimp shouldn’t be swimming in a bowl of juice. ?

"Love to find these little hole in the wall places. The food was very good of course I didn’t order anything special. 2 eggs over easy, liver mush and a pancake. It was done just the way I like it. Never had liver “mush” before but since I love liver I gave it a shot. It comes to you as two fried rectangle patties and looks like dark rye bread. Definitely mushy inside I suggest you let it cool longer than I did. I also bought a jar of honey and ordered chop steak to go and zap later. My food bill was 14 bucks and change. The honey was 20.00 and I will turn that into BBQ sauce soon. What makes this place AWESOME is the overall friendliness they literally made me feel like I have been there many times and live near by. Even though I wore my Detroit ball cap. I can only hope that I come back through here."

"I ordered the French dip. The sub roll was not warm, not toasted or buttered, therefore the provolone was not melted at all. The roast beef was ok but also not warm. The French fries were good and the horseradish sauce on the side was really good. I would just say that a French dip should be served piping hot on a nice toasted sub roll with melted cheese. "I'm so glad to have found dooleys. in the city for less than 24 hours and needed a fast meal. that was perfect! I started with a bowl of vegan chili and it was delicious. next, I had one beyond burger and sweet potatoes. perfect! there is a vegetarian section of the menu with several types of veggie patties. the staff was very friendly and welcoming."
