"We got in because a sign said “Swedish pancakes”. It was just thinner pancakes like the original American ones. No crepes style like it should be. In some hotels we got better ones from a machine. When asked I said it wasn't good. Nothing was done with that."

Never in my life have I had a more scrumptious eggs Benedict. It was southwest style with just the perfect amount of Chipotle seasoning. Will definitely return on my next trip to Moab.
