What I really like is the menu that does not have an extra section for vegan dishes but lists them among all other dishes, they are marked with a clear sign. This way you can order a vegan dish without asking for special diet needs. Furthermore, even people who are not looking for vegan options are more likely to choose one of the vegan options because they are described nicely or because they have a nice picture. There were also sweets in the corridor, from which some were marked as vegan. I didn't ask if you can help yourself."
