"We were highly disappointed with this experience. It was our first time there and we chose this spot for a date night. The waiter we had did not do a very good job checking on his tables. We sat for about 10-15 minutes before we even received menus or got our drinks order and then didn?t get refills for a long time when we only order water. We ordered pretzel bites and fried pickles for an appetizer which were okay but nothing special. We decided to share the meat sampler with the 4 sides. Waiter brought out our sides and stated the meat was coming right behind it which wasn?t true. We had our sides for 15 minutes before we got the meat sampler. Also the food wasn?t even hot when we received it. Food tasted okay but it was lukewarm and nothing to rave about. I would have been happier staying in our hometown and going to our favorite spot Texas Roadhouse over this place. This is why we hardly try new places but I guess we gave it a go and know not to return here again."

"What a cool place! Found this place on the internet thought it would stop a perfect place and eat on our way back to Columbus to Apple Picking in Marysville. It was really the perfect place! You have a sweet little food area with mainly Ohio produced products, so many amazing gluten-free bakery treats, a café menu to eat some excellent food and of course to take the butcher home some amazingly fresh meat. From the café, our group had the Bluescreek Burger, Plain Jane Burger, Double Comfort Chicken Sandwich. The burgers were amazing and tasted so fresh and our friends also said that the chicken on the chicken sandwich was so good. My husband and I are currently doing a whole 30, which is very restrictive, so not much to eat. This is the first meal I felt comfortable eating with this Plain Jane Burger without rolls and over salad, because I knew that I had good quality meat, no fillers and the only spices some salt and pepper. It tasted incredible. Seriously the first food I've eaten outside our own kitchen in 3 weeks because of our 30 limitations. We were lucky when we sat and eat, Don and his wife Meredith were sitting right next to us. It was so great to talk to them about Bluescreek and the quality of food, the options and Don also told us about the great classes they have. My husband and I will observe some of them in the future. This place is a great find and we will definitely come back. And besides the farm to make good to tables, local Ohio products, gluten-free products, and incredible cuts of meat....what makes it really to a real 5 stars and puts it over the top for me is the kindness and warmth of the family and you can see that they see that all customers are happy. They go out for you and really listen! Thank you. Meredith for your sweet comments, how I left! It was noticed that you all really enjoy people and your work. I could go on and continue on how big other family members were like Cheryl and others helped. As you can see, I can't say enough great things about this place. You'd be crazy not to stop. Now I can't wait to see what meals we have with the incredible meat we brought home beef cheeks, london broil and I didn't mention any sugar bacon!!! 30 compliant! So hard to find!! Thanks again Bluescreek and the perfect visit! We will be back soon!!!"
