"My friends and I were there on Mondays, it was packed! We had all fabulous meals. I had the delicious figs prosciutto pizzza asked them to supplement carmelized inions, a gf had the roasted chicken the other had a delicious Risotto dish. We loved every bite and even had leftovers as the portions are generous. The service is great and they are all very pleasant. I give him 4 1/2 stars would have given him a 5 stars if it weren't so loud - it must have been because of all the great seats of the people at night, because I don't remember that it was so loud at my lunch there for a few months. Great place also for a nice lunch. I live in NJ cant wait until back!"

Always insisted- consistently from very good to excellent- the hanging steak boiled medium rarely with a beautiful crust or the roasted chicken are my favorites. Great wine list. Small and busy to get a reservation! Woodbury has many restaurants, but John's is the best.

This is my favorite place. My daughter and I had lunch on Saturday. As usual, the food was fantastic. Appetizers, entrees and desserts were all fresh, beautifully presented and tasty. Our server was wonderful and cannot say enough about this wonderful restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know.

John's Cafe offers the opportunity to celebrate fine cuisine occasions and relaxed cuisine, also fine, such as grilled pizza and the best Clam Chowder and fresh salads with homemade dressings! The staff is fun and courteous and Chef Dennis is the artist behind every delicious bite! John's Cafe, where every meal is a reason to celebrate!
