after 30 minutes on the table we could give up our beverage order. There was nothing left outside, but in the courtyard we sat comfortably between the olive trees. brot zu oliven was exceptionally good and crispy. also wolf-bark and calves have convinced us completely. juicy grilled and excellently seasoned. but the service was only more friendly when opening the wine bottle. obviously, the restaurant is hopelessly overloaded at weekends with concerts and lets the guests feel that. we were several times close to leaving the house. Therefore, the request must be strongly advised until the service is exchanged. the chef should stay!

on Friday evening I wanted to eat a little bite in Joseph's with my husband. due to the concert at 20 o'clock, this locality was also very well visited in the city of Weilburg. I had still agreed to the statement of the service (satellite) that we should only order the same main dish to come to the concert in time.
