"I have never eaten here before but after reading the responses from the owner I know I never will. If the owner can’t accept criticism and hear what is being said and not be rude in their responses then they certainly won’t get my business.As the owner, if you think responding with rude comments in response with people’s dissatisfaction with their experience in your establishment is going to get them to come back or bring in potential new customers, you are sorely mistaking."

kaishin is an authentic Japanese restaurant. it's one of the chefs who's out of japan. it is an intimate restaurant with excellent food and service. if they are looking for authentic Japanese food I recommend kaishin!

We came in with a party of 7. The restaurant had only one other table eating, the lady who greeted said sorry we don’t have a big enough table. We asked if we could move two tables together she said no we can’t. We were very excited to try this place but after this we will not be coming back. All tables are only a 4top so if you have a bigger party with that do not even attempt to come.
