"We just went through the drive thru and ordered some chicken finger meals and I also ordered an extra side of mashed potatoes. They forgot the mashed potatoes so I parked and went in and got them but we just got home and the chicken fingers are like jerky. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Kentucky Fried Chicken. I ordered online and arrived 10 minutes after it was supposedly ready for pick up. I still waited for 20 minutes once I arrived. I keep hoping things will get better at this location and the staff have always been kind but the service is still suffering. I've gone multiple times to find them closed. I've gone and had them only have side dishes available for order and no chicken. Last time I went they shorted my order, so today I went to get my replacement order, and they argued with me about what my two sides were to be.
