"Went to the drive through, early on a Sunday evening, and there was a long line, plus there were people inside. Forgot to order something but couldn't get a response at the speaker to add to my order. Ended up turning my car off, 3 times, in the que, because the wait was so long. They did make the adjustment to the order without any complications and our order was correct, and hot, so that's a good thing. The madhed potatoes and white gravy, both tasted like they were made with water instead of milk, very pale, unappealing and not good flavor....Not a good thing. I prefer to just cook it all at home."

Ging the other night for dinner. A girl named Alyssa worked the Drive-thru. She was amazing. She definitely went beyond and beyond her job. She was very personal and peppy. Workers like these are hard to find. She deserves a raise. Alyssa! Stop the great work!

Whenever me or my family go, they are never able to fulfill our order. They take forever saying they ran out of chicken when it’s hours before close telling us that we have a 25-30 wait each time. It consistently happens and the service was bad. They don’t accommodate the customer when there’s “nothing” left. Almost as if they want us to avoid ordering anything.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They were very fast to take my order, waited a little longer than other fast food restaurants, but it is chicken so that is expected. The food was very fresh, crispy and extra delicious. The staff working tonight was so nice and friendly and they just felt so good. Dear KFC, I don't know why I don't come more often, but I'll be right now!
