"Orders 8 pieces tender and 8 pieces mixed meal with 2 pages. Didn't get cookies. They had to pull back and they wanted to tell me they were from cookies. Strange handling of it. Had to drop the chicken in the air frit due to soggy skin and maximum fat. The majority of the chicken was a terrible meal. Wouldn't give it to my dogs. Great job Powhatan. Will never go back. Should this place turn off."

Tonight's to go ordered pay for extra Biscuit...didn't get it. Potatoes without engraving ordered... they had engraving on them. The meal included a cookie you don't get. This has happened before. We're not coming back.

Ordered and paid for a 16 piece bucket of white meat only. Got 3 breasts, just enough to cover the top, everything else was legs, thighs and a couple wings. Will NOT be going back! If I could give 0 stars that would have been my choice.
