"Fried chicken is supposed to be crunchy. I ordered a 16pc bucket meal. The outside of the chicken had the same consistency as the mash potatoes. I lost my appetite about halfway through my meal. My 2 other guests felt the same way. The biscuits that came with the meal were half cooked. I showed up today to express my unsatisfied experience and was told that it was a busy time of the day and it could happen but because I did not call and complain that night that there was nothing they could do. So I guess in this day of fastfood workers getting paid more than minimum wage and giving lackluster service and me having to pay way more than before is just going to be business as usual. Had switched to Popeyes because of the spicy chicken covering, but lately the biscuits have been extremely disappointing and important part of the meal. Flat, no texture, etc. the KFC biscuits are much better, chicken with crunchy coating also very good. Switching back from Popeyes.

Worst experience ever. The manager has Zero people skills and treats both customers and employees worse than most people would treat their worst enemy. The woman shouldn’t be dealing with people in any manner. Shame on you KFC for having someone like this run your business. But, rested assured, customers will stop coming if this is the treatment they have to look forward to. Shame on you.
