"We arrived 2 hours before KFC closed, entered the restaurant, no one to greet us. We were told that room service was impossible and that we'd have to go to the drive-thru. So far, so good. We order and are told there's no more chicken! When did KFC run out of chicken? We had to leave with burritos, very fatty... The person inside could at least have warned us. On top of that, we were served hot pepsi with no bubbles, which was just awful. Worst fast food experience ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

Long wait, even though I ordered online and showed up at the time that the app indicated it would be ready by, it still took them extra 20 mins to get my food. Also, I was supposed to receive 8 hot wings but instead received 6 wings plus 1 tiny burned chuck of chicken. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

"My daughter and her friend went in and used kiosk to order 4 sip club orders (one each for them and mine and my husbands). There were no cups at the kiosk area so she had to ask the cashier. She was questioned about her sip club order and then she was not allowed the 4 cups that she requested. Only given hers. We pay a lot for 4 sip club subscriptions every month. "Took my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. As to be expected, it was a very busy night for the staff. Before we even realized the food was taking a bit longer than management would like, our server came over to apologize and inform us we had some desserts coming to us on the house. I was very grateful for just that alone, seeing how I didn't even notice it was taking so long yet. After about 20 more minutes, I did begin to realize it was taking quite long. At that point in time, our server came with the food. I still had zero idea to complain or make any comments voicing any displeasure, but before I could even open my mouth, our server apologized again and told us our entire bill was taken care of. I was in utter shock and so impressed. I'm never one to complain about certain things, we knew it was a busy night, but the management obviously takes pride in a certain standard, and appreciates their customers. Now, THAT is how you treat your guests. The food was absolutely phenomenal. It ended up being such a nice night, and just on the fact they took it upon themselves to comp our bill when I wasn't even complaining, makes me want to come back to spend money there tomorrow. Totally grateful and so impressed with this staff and management. Highly recommend Giancarlo's. Thank you so much."

"Our server was exceptional! Despite the bustling environment, he provided attentive service, frequently checking in with us, refilling our water glasses, and artfully arranging the plates so that each dish was beautifully presented. The water, infused with lime, was a delightful surprise—extremely refreshing and served as a lovely palate cleanser. We started our meal with the honey garlic bread accompanied by herb ricotta. The bread offered a wonderful balance of flavors, and the ricotta added a creamy touch that complemented it perfectly. Next, we tried the Pad Thai Tacos. While I wasn't a fan of the spice level, I appreciated the creative combination of hard and soft shells, along with the tasty peanut sauce. Then we moved onto the "ball," which is a great example of how the restaurant encourages sharing. Each dish was served with a large knife and serving spoon, making it easy for us to split everything. The flavor was remarkable, especially the sweet sauce paired with the grilled bread. For our main course, we ordered the Chicken Cutlets, which were again served with a knife and tongs for easy sharing. Although I wasn’t fond of the wine sauce, the chicken was perfectly cooked. The meal truly stood out with the two desserts we chose: the butter cake and the orange chocolate crème brûlée. Both desserts struck the ideal balance of sweetness! I highly recommend this restaurant!"
